Company History

Russett Printing was started in 1977 by Jack Russett. He was inspired by his grandfather, Chris Muselman, who at the age of 14 emigrated from the old country to the United States under an indentured servant's contract. He worked for a Philadelphia-area printer for a year and a half to pay off his indenture, sitting at a Linotype machine, setting type.

A few years later, Grandpa Chris founded his own printing company, which thrived and still exists today in northern Indiana employing hundreds of people. Jack always looked up to his grandfather and decided to also become a printer, beginning the new venture in 1977. Today, Russett Printing is a leading multi-color printer in Ohio.
